Recap of the 08/11/2017 meeting:

In summary, here are the key points:

Shrimp Fest:
Will be meeting up at Ed's house on Aug. 19th at 2PM to prepare the pulled pork, which will be cooked prior to that. Alll are invited to discuss Shrimp Fest details and to discuss pending items.

Four Nine will secure the cutlery, napkins, plates, etc.

Cole slaw will be added to the menu (Four Nine is handling that)

20x20 tent is not yet secured or confirmed. (Tom is waiting for confirmation from AJ Dohman.)

Decided to purchase a full sized refrigerator/freezer and budgeted around $150.00. Have to shop it. Will be used at Shrimp Fest.

Still need to source out deals po-boy rolls, and sausage. We will not use Walmart rolls, as they are freshly made, but have no preservatives, resulting in potentially moldy bread. Everyone can keep an eye out. nursing formal dress

Everything else is good to go, except to pick up the food warmers from Southern Cycle, and also condiments if they are still good. (Ed will handle that).

We need pallets and 4x8 plywood for flooring to stay out of the mud if it rains.. Everyone's help is requested to find and secure that. Need about 24 pallet and about 13 sheets of plywood.

Other items:

Ice cream social at a local is tentatively scheduled for Sunday, Aug. 20th and will visit the nursing home in Patterson. More details to come.
